Valery Vladimirovich Obodzinsky (1942-1997) was a great Russian singer.
A tenor, gifted with a big emotional voice, he gains success in 1964, at the jazz festival of Sopot in Poland.
Soon after, he begins to be internationally acclaimed.
Even if he has stopped singing in 1994, he is nowadays still recognized as a major Russian pop singer.
